Enhance the overall experience through data-driven strategies and optimized decision-making
To achieve our objectives, we established key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success. Through thorough analysis of data and conducting interviews with Sixt's stakeholders, we gained valuable insights. We then designed a series of A/B tests to compare different approaches and identify the most impactful optimizations for the rental process.
As a result of our efforts, Sixt was equipped with direct and well-informed decision-making capabilities during the execution of redesigns and optimizations in the customer journey. By leveraging data-driven insights and actively involving stakeholders, we achieved notable improvements that enhanced the overall customer experience. This project exemplified the power of optimization methods and their ability to drive meaningful changes in a dynamic business environment.
